5.434 Toyota Vehicle Orders Letter Recorded at the GIIAS Exhibition 2022

Jakarta, Otojatim.com – Toyota's participation in the most prominent automotive exhibition GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2022 received a positive response from the public. During the eleven days of holding the exhibition from 11-21 August 2022, Toyota managed to achieve Vehicle Order Letters or VOLs (SPK) of 5.434 units.

 
Based on the total Toyota VOL acquisitions recorded, the models that made up the top 5 (five) VOL contributors were the All New Avanza with 926 units (17%), Raize with 746 units (13,7%), All New Veloz with 706 units (13%), Kijang Innova as 658 units (12.1%), and Rush as 456 units (8%). The products from the Toyota GAZOO Racing brand were also in great demand by customers, where their composition reaches more than 95%, with an average of above 85% compared to other non-GR types.

Taking advantage of the momentum of the largest automotive exhibition in Southeast Asia, Toyota also showed a complete electrified vehicles, ranging from Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV), Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV), to Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), as a form of Toyota's commitment to supporting the Government of Indonesia's positive steps in developing electrified vehicles and creating a better future.

And at this moment of GIIAS 2022, Toyota specifically displayed the Toyota bZ4X as part of the Multi-Pathway strategy to provide complete eco-friendly mobility to fulfill every mobility need of the community. The various options of electrified vehicles that Toyota presented are also inseparable from the positive interest of customers; where in total, Toyota's electrified vehicles managed to record 114 units, with the composition of the Corolla Cross Hybrid (61.4%), Corolla Altis Hybrid (24.5%), Corolla Camry Hybrid (6.6%), and C-HR Hybrid (5.3%).
 
At the GIIAS 2022, the GR Yaris AP4 sports car, born from the WRC world rally racing event and became the national rally racing champion, was named a "Special Exhibit Car." This car can compete with other cars that have similar segments.
