Isuzu Showcases Multi-Purpose Commercial Vehicles at GIIAS 2026, from Campervans to Mobile Beauty Studios

OTOJATIM - PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia (IAMI) is using GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026 to demonstrate how commercial vehicles can serve a wider range of business needs. Beyond logistics and transportation, the company is presenting trucks and pickup models configured for public services, tourism, creative industries, and mobile businesses.
Isuzu showcases commercial vehicle solutions for logistics, tourism, public services, and mobile businesses at GIIAS 2026.
"At GIIAS 2026, we want to show that Isuzu vehicles are not only a solution for logistics and transportation businesses, but can also be developed for various business sectors, including the growing creative industry in Indonesia. The flexibility of Isuzu vehicles allows customers to create business innovations according to their needs, making the vehicle not only a means of transportation, but also a productive investment that supports business growth," said Masayasu Hideshima, President Director of PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia.

One of the main attractions is the Isuzu GIGA FVR Road Sweeper, developed in collaboration with YMG Tech Mobility. The heavy-duty truck highlights how commercial vehicles can be adapted for urban cleaning operations and industrial environments.

Isuzu also displays the ELF NLR Campervan, created with Delima Mandiri Coachbuilder and used by travel content creator JAJAGO. The vehicle represents opportunities in tourism, outdoor travel, and digital content production, reflecting the growing demand for specialized commercial vehicle conversions.

Another standout exhibit is the Isuzu TRAGA Salon Studio, developed with Paragon Corp's Putri brand and Delima Mandiri. The mobile beauty studio illustrates how light commercial vehicles can be converted into business platforms for beauty services and small enterprises seeking greater mobility and customer reach.

For customers requiring greater versatility, Isuzu presents the D-Max in collaboration with SANA for both off-road and urban applications, while the New mu-X demonstrates its capability as a dependable off-road SUV. Visitors can also experience the TRAGA AC, integrated with Isuzu Link telematics, alongside the New mu-X through the event's test drive program.

Beyond its vehicle lineup, the Isuzu booth features the Real Journey Game Simulator, Isuzu Total Solution Support, a World Class Mechanic AI Photo Booth, a digital Spare Part Lifetime Comparison display, and an after-sales service area. These attractions are designed to showcase how technology and maintenance services contribute to efficient commercial vehicle operations.

The exhibition also includes interactive talk shows, JAJAGO fan meet-and-greet sessions, collaborations with content creators, and community activities. Through these programs, Isuzu aims to highlight the expanding role of commercial vehicles across multiple industries while presenting practical business applications that go beyond conventional cargo transportation.
