The Mobile Charging service's expansion is part of HMID’s commitment through the Hyundai hadir untukmu program to bring customers a worry-free after-sales experience when using Hyundaidesigned electric vehicles (EVs).
The development of supporting services innovation such as Mobile Charging is part of Hyundai’s efforts to continue accelerating the EV ecosystem as part of the consumers’ lifestyle. Mobile Charging is a breakthrough service pioneered by Hyundai as a charging solution for electric cars in emergencies using the Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) fast charging method.

With this service, customers can increase their car's power up to 10kWh, which will suffice for vehicles to reach the nearest charging station. Customers could then return to their mobility comfortably with maintained vehicle performance.

Customers can access the Mobile Charging service by making an emergency call to 24H Customer Service via our Hyundai Call Center at 0800 1 878 878. Hyundai’s technicians will come to the location of your choice and proceed with the Charging process. Hyundai provides free access to Mobile Charging facilities for Hyundai electric car owners located up to 80 km from the location of the service-providing dealer.
Hyundai Mobile Charging Service is a facility and service that completes all lineups of the Hyundai EV ecosystem. The Mobile Charging facility is currently available for customers in several big cities across Indonesia, including Jabodetabek, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, and Denpasar, and now is coming to Medan.(*)
